Special Dietary Requirements and Allergic or Anaphylactic Conditions

Although awareness of special dietary requirements in Poland is improving, it isn't yet up to the level experienced in countries like the UK, the US, and Australia. Accordingly, we are able to request special meals on your behalf when we are dining at tour related restaurants and our Polish chefs will strive to meet your needs when provided with clear guidance and information.

If you have a serious allergy that could result in an anaphylactic reaction you should always carry your medical ID, your antihistamines, your two EpiPens® (or other auto-injector), your insurance details, and your personalised anaphylaxis emergency action plan. Please provide a copy of your plan to the tour leader and your partner (if you are travelling with a companion).
