To reserve a place on a Cycling Poland tour, you can call our United Kingdom number +44 (0) 1536 738 038 at UK local or national call rates. You can also click the reservation link on the Tour Info page. Your reservation will be confirmed when we receive your deposit.

Deposits

The deposit to reserve your place in a tour are detailed below:
Tour of Lower Silesia : €300.00 / £200

You can make your deposit and final payment in cash, by wire transfer, or by cheque.

Final Payment Policy

The final payment for your tour is due 60 days prior to the start of your tour. If your tour starts within 60 days of the date of this reservation, the entire balance is due immediately. If your final payment is not received at that time, your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit is subsequently non-refundable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined according to the following criteria:
If you cancel
(a) at least 61 days prior to the scheduled start of your tour we will refund 100% of the full tour price;
(b) between 31 and 60 days prior to the scheduled start of your tour we will refund 50% of the full tour price.
(c) between 0 and 30 days prior to the scheduled start of your tour you will not receive a refund.

Travel Insurance

We recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance as we cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy - even for personal emergencies. Travel insurance is extremely important as it will not only cover the cost of your Tour of Silesia trip, but also other any number of travel expenses on the off chance that you cancel your vacation. If you are an European Union citizen get an E11 form from the Post Office and have it stamped. This will cover emergency health care if the need arises.

Accomodation

The usual standard of accommodation at our pensions, agro-tourism farms, or small hotels is double occupancy. If you are travelling without a companion we can pair you up with another person of the same gender and you can share a room with two beds. We can accommodate people who prefer to have a private single room for an additional cost Some of the places we stay at have private bathrooms, but some do not. But rest assured that you will experience the very best in Polish hospitality.

Children

We welcome children who are over 10 years old and experienced cyclists on our tours if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Information Pack

We will send you a Information Packet which contains all the necessary information about your trip as soon as we receive your deposit. Included in this packet are:
Directions for getting to your first night's accommodation and public transportation suggestions.
Literature which provides information about the hotels/pensions/agro-tourism lodges where you will be staying.
Recommended clothing and bicycling equipment.
Suggestions for preparing yourself and your bike for the tour.
Bicycle safety sheet.
Special Dietary Requirements form.

Tour Cancellation

Although it rarely happens, should we have to cancel your tour, your options are to take a different tour with us, or receive a 100% refund of all your tour payments.

Please note that Cycling Poland will use its discretion if a tour has less than six people. If Cycling Poland decides the tour will still go ahead you may be required to tour with racks and / or trailers which will be provided.
